Who we are

This site is operated by Bloom FBN S.A., a company incorporated in Paraguay, with its office at Quesada 5050, Atlas Center building, 4th floor, Asunción, Paraguay.

Bloom FBN S.A. decides what the information described below is used for and how. For any question about this policy, and for any request concerning your own data, write to ventas@bloom.com.py.

What we collect

When you send the contact form we receive the fields you completed: full name, company or farm, email address, phone or WhatsApp, type of interest, main crop or activity, area, zone or department and the free text about what you need to solve. We also record that you agreed to be contacted, and the date and time you sent the form. We additionally keep two technical signals that help tell people apart from automated submissions: how long you took to complete the form and whether a hidden field that people never see was filled in.

We record the page through which you arrived at the site and the campaign parameters utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign when the link you followed carried them.

Our servers keep ordinary access logs: the address the request came from, the date and time, the page requested and the identification string your browser sends.

What we use it for

We use this information to prepare a proposal, to send you the documents you request and to follow up on your enquiry. The landing page and the campaign parameters tell us which publication or message brought you here.

We do not use it for any other purpose. We do not sell it or pass it on to third parties for their own advertising.

Where it is stored

Your enquiry is stored in the company's own customer database, on a server controlled by Bloom FBN S.A. Access is limited to the people who handle commercial enquiries.

The notification and confirmation emails generated by your enquiry are delivered through an email service provider, which processes the message following our instructions and for no purpose of its own. We name the provider on request.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry for as long as the commercial relationship lasts and for up to five years after the last contact, so that we can answer questions about earlier proposals and applications.

If you ask us to delete it sooner, we delete it, unless a document has to be kept under an accounting or tax obligation; in that case we keep only that document and only for as long as the obligation lasts.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it or object to our using it.

Write to ventas@bloom.com.py. We reply within 30 days. We may first ask you to confirm your identity, so as not to hand your data to someone else.

Cookies

This site sets a single first-party cookie, called bpy_attr. It records the page through which you arrived and the campaign parameters in the address, so that a request can be linked to the publication or message that brought you here. It lasts 90 days, is read only by our own server and contains neither your name, your address nor any identifier of yours.

For the time being we set no analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, this section changes with it, and we will ask for your consent where the law requires it.
