This site is published by Bloom FBN S.A., Asunción, Paraguay, for information purposes. It describes the products we manufacture and market together with Microvita S.A., how they are used and the technical services that go with them.

By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, we ask you not to use the site.

No offer and no prices

Nothing on this site constitutes an offer, and no price appears on it. The doses and compositions published are general references; the dose that applies to a plot is defined on its diagnosis and confirmed by our technical team.

A proposal is a separate written document. It names the products, the quantities, the application plan, the price and its validity period. That document is what binds us; this site is not part of it.

Published results

The results we publish come from trials and field measurements with commercial farmers, and are reported by sector and zone, never with the name of the farm. Each one states its level of backing: measured result, field observation or ongoing trial.

A result obtained on one plot does not guarantee the same result on another. Soil, climate, management and the prior diagnosis change the effect of any programme. When a trial showed no differences, we say so too.

Registrations and scope of the products

The products described on this site are soil amendments, biostimulants, application boosters, inoculants and feed supplements. No description on this site constitutes a regulated claim or replaces the label and the data sheet of each product.

The registrations and authorisations that apply to each product are stated in its technical data sheet and on request.

Liability

We maintain the content of this site with care, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or that it is always available. Bloom FBN S.A. is not liable for decisions taken solely on the information published here, without the diagnosis and technical support we offer.

Links to third-party sites are offered for reference; we do not control their content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Paraguay. Any dispute is submitted to the ordinary courts of the city of Asunción.
